Uzma
A loan of $550 helps to buy more clothes for sale.

Uzma's story
Uzma is a hardworking 45-year-old woman, who has been running a women's clothing business from home for the past 15 years. She always wished to support her family, but with limited income, it was difficult to manage daily household expenses and meet her children’s needs.
With the help of a microfinance loan from CEIP, Uzma was able to purchase more women’s clothes, attracting more women from her area and increasing her sales. As her income grows, she hopes to contribute more confidently to household expenses and feel proud of her role in supporting her family. Looking ahead, Uzma plans to expand her small setup into a larger clothing business. She believes that CEIP’s support has not only improved her present situation but also opened the door to a brighter and more secure future for her children.
