Latofat's story

Latofat is a 31-year-old mother of three from Kulob. She carries the responsibility of her household with strength and patience while her husband works in Russia as a migrant laborer to support the family. Despite the distance, she remains the heart of the home, raising her children and managing their daily life with determination and care.

For the past six years, Latofat has been engaged in livestock farming. Through dedication and hard work, she has learned how to raise and care for her animals, gradually building her small farm. Livestock has become her main source of stability while her husband is abroad, and she approaches this work with seriousness and commitment. Each day, she works with hope, knowing that her efforts directly shape her children’s future.

Now, Latofat dreams of purchasing a couple of young bulls to increase her herd and strengthen her income. Expanding her livestock would allow her to improve her family’s financial security and create better opportunities for her children. She believes in hard work, growth, and the power of opportunity — and with faith in the future, she is ready to take the next step forward.
