Josue's story
I'm Josue, a 37 year old Cuban, proud of my roots in Hialeah, Miami, Florida. I grew up seeing firsthand how small Latino entrepreneurs with extraordinary ideas could transform our community. That inspired me personally, and that's why I founded Impulso Consulting LLC: my commitment is to those projects that deserve to succeed.
I started creating short videos on TikTok and Instagram Reels, teaching simple tips for managing budgets and organizing finances, using social media and launching businesses. I've seen entrepreneurs generate their first real income thanks to my advice, and that joy drives me every day. But to reach more Latinos like us, I need to grow.
Today I am trying to open my first physical office. This will undoubtedly expand my ability to reach more Latinos.
In Hialeah, there are many small business owners who work hard, but don't have access to large agencies or expensive technical resources. Therefore, my venture represents a real opportunity for local economic growth.
Every project we take on not only boosts a client's business, but also contributes to creating jobs, strengthening the community economy and increasing the visibility of the Latino entrepreneurial culture.
