Marcos' story

Marcos lives in the province of Bohol. He is 55 years old and married. To earn an income, he runs a sari-sari (variety) store where he sells basic commodities. He has been managing this business for four years.

He is currently requesting a loan of 40,000 PHP through Kiva’s lending partner, CEVI-Philippines. He will use the loan to purchase grocery items for his store.

Marcos hopes to strengthen his livelihood in the future and become more productive.
