Foulacolong Group's story
This group, created in 2015, is made up of 15 members who all live in the same neighbourhood: they get on really well with each other.
Madam Fatoumata (standing on the right in the photo, with her hand raised) is the group's representative: she is 33 years old, is married and has seven children (four girls and three boys).
Like most of the members, Madam Fatoumata is involved in the seed trade and has more than 10 years of experience in this sector.
Her profits will be used to boost her savings and strengthen her business, but also to pay for part of her children's schooling.
