Hà's story

Ms. Hà is 36-years old and currently lives with her family in Triệu Sơn Commune. Her household has several dependents, including her 92-year-old grandmother who requires daily care; her eldest son born in 2016 and is currently studying in Grade 4; and her younger daughter born in 2025. With multiple dependents of different ages, she carries significant responsibilities in both caregiving and providing for her family.

Ms. Hà has more than five years of experience running a small grocery shop. However, her family is classified as a low-income household in the local community, and their income remains unstable. To improve her business and better meet customers’ needs, Ms. Hà has applied for her first loan from Thanh Hóa MFI.
