Diana's story

My name is Diana. I am an immigrant woman entrepreneur, a mother, and a wife, proudly of Salvadoran nationality. I migrated to this country in 2015 with clear goals and a strong determination to build a better future for my family. From a young age, I developed a deep passion for cooking. I used to play at selling food with my cousins and siblings, and even then, I dreamed of one day owning my own restaurant. I grew up watching my maternal grandmother cook with love and dedication. Through her, I learned not only cooking skills but also important values and principles. She always encouraged me to never stop fighting for our dreams and to work hard to achieve our goals.

Today, that childhood dream is becoming a reality. Through hard work, faith, and perseverance, I am pursuing my path in the business world with my food truck until I can scale to open a restaurant. My goal is to offer high-quality food while sharing a piece of my Salvadoran culture with the community. This business represents not only an economic opportunity, but also a legacy for my children and proof that with determination and effort, dreams can come true.
