My wife and I quit our jobs, started this business and got married in the same year.

It wasn’t a calculated move — it was a leap.

We knew we wanted to build something of our own, and we believed there had to be a better way to support small business owners who were working hard but still struggling to get ahead.

At the time, we were watching talented people grind nonstop with little structure, little support, and few real opportunities to grow. We felt that gap personally, and we decided to step into it.

In the early days, we did everything ourselves. I handled logistics, setup, and operations, while my wife led the vision, branding, and overall experience of the festival tour.

We traveled from city to city, loaded trucks, set up tents, coordinated layouts, managed the vendors, handled breakdowns late at night, and then turned around and did it all again the next weekend.

There were no shortcuts.

We learned by solving problems in real time and pushing through exhaustion.

That experience shaped how we operate today — practical, hands-on, and focused on what actually works.

What keeps us motivated is seeing the impact up close. We’ve watched business owners make real money, support their families, and gain confidence because of opportunities we created together.

We are committed to continuing this work and growing it responsibly, so we can keep creating access and opportunity for people who are trying to build better lives for themselves.
