José, age 39, is an indigenous man who is happily married and the father of six children whom he adores. He feels very grateful to life and to his family for the support they give him to continue moving forward daily. Jose gets up enthusiastically every day to feed his sheep, pigs, and other animals, and then goes out with his shovel on his shoulder to work his crops of melloco, potato, and corn. Thus he can provide for his family; it is not much, but it is enough so that his children do not want for anything.
José seeks a loan to buy packages of potato and melloco seeds, mulch, fertilizers, and other supplies that are necessary for good care of his crops. He will use part of the loan to invest in his animals and feed for them.
