Aminata's story
Aminata is 39 years old and from Liberia. She is married and has three children; they are currently in school and live at home. Aminata completed school up to seventh grade.
She is a hardworking businesswoman who sells cooked food. She started the business with earnings from her auntie. She has been operating her sales for ten years. She uses a car to transport supplies to her business site and works Monday through Saturday.
Aminata applied for a loan through BRAC Liberia, a Kiva lending partner. With this loan, she will buy more ingredients that will be used to prepare cooked food to sell. She likes her business because it gives her profits. She wants to own a store in the future. Aminata wishes to say thanks to all lenders.
