Enkhchimeg's story
Enkhchimeg is a determined and hardworking woman who has recently started her own business producing and selling bread and sliced noodles. She makes all her products by hand and sells them herself. At 39 years old, she is a mother of four and manages both her family responsibilities and her business independently.
She runs the business on her own, supplying products daily to five local shops while also delivering directly to households in her community. Currently, all production takes place at her home, where she carefully prepares each item to meet customer demand. Enkhchimeg dreams of expanding her business in the future and establishing a dedicated bakery facility to increase production and reach more customers.
