Eng's story
Eng is 53 years old, he has been a farmer for 30 years and now he farms short term rice on a four-hectare rice paddy. He can crop his short term rice twice a year and collect from the crops five tons per hectare over a period of 90 days. The crops will be sold directly to his local middleman who buys from his village.
