Karina Del Carmen

Karina Del Carmen's story

Karina is 43 years old. She is an unassuming, caring woman with a good charisma that helps her in her work of selling fruits and vegetables as a street vendor. She does her work using her means of transport, with which she visits the different neighborhoods of her city, offering her fresh products. Thus she supports herself and her family economically. Her family consists of her partner and her three children.

Karina began her economic activity a number of years ago, traveling on foot with a pushcart. Now, thanks to God, she does it with her vehicle, which she has managed to keep functioning with much effort and dedication.  Her business not only allows her to generate income, but it also gives her the opportunity to keep active economically and to become familiar with new sectors of her city where she can go to distribute her products.

Karina wants to expand the inventory of her business of selling fruits and vegetables. For that reason, she needs a loan that will allow her to buy coconuts, sacks of oranges, peppers, onions, and bunches of bananas, among other vegetables that are consumed daily. Thus she dreams of continuing with the development of her business and improving the  her financial and family stability.
