America Group
A loan of $2,700 helps a member to buy supplies to make and sell food.

America Group's story
The group "America" includes enterprising women, responsible and committed to improving their families' quality of life. They live in working class neighborhoods, where living conditions are mediocre.
Such is the case of Carmen, age 46, single and the mother of two children. For one year, she has worked making and selling food. She sells breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. On the weekends, she sells snacks. This work permits her to generate income to be able to support family expenses.
With the loan, she will buy meat, vegetables, and spices necessary to prepare the food that she sells.
Carmen aspires to be able to make her business grow, to generate more income.
The other women in the group are Ana, Cristel, Lucinda, Berenice, and Adela, who want to get ahead with their families.
In this group: Maria Del Carmen, Ana Leidy, Ana Cristel, Lucinda, Berenice Guadalupe, Adela
