Mercy

Mercy, a 29-year-old resident of Bware, is married with one child. She is supported by her husband who also contributes additional income to the household. For the past four years, she has been engaged in the plastic wares business, currently earning about 16,000 Kenyan shillings (KES) monthly from sales, which she uses to meet her family’s basic needs. 

To expand her operations, Mercy has applied for a loan of KES 100,000, which she intends to use to purchase more plastic wares for resale. Her long-term dream is to establish a wholesale plastic wares business that will increase her income, secure her family’s future, and serve the growing demand in her community.
