Elimah's story
Greetings from Sierra Leone! This is 28 year old Elimah from O.I.C branch. She is a married business woman with two children between the ages of 6 months and 10 years old and one is currently attending school. She started this business to take care of her family.
Elimah runs a retail business and sells cosmetics to her customers around the community. She has been in this business for the past 3 years. Elimah says that her challenge is the increase in prices of goods in the market.
She requested this loan through BRAC Sierra Leone to purchase more cosmetics items; cream, vaseline, baby oil, etc., to increase her business. Elimah says that the extra income from this loan will help to take care of her family. In the future, she would like to expand to a large scale. She says thanks to BRAC and KIVA for their support.
