Lillian's story

Lillian is a refugee mother to four children, all of whom are in school. They live in Moyo which is in the West Nile region of Uganda. She has totally changed her business and is now selling clothes. The demand for the clothes is very high during this season and the stock she has is not sufficient to meet the demands.

Lillian plans to use the loan to buy variety of clothes since the demand for the clothes is for different kinds of people who have dynamic needs. Her business is expanding, and she now understands her customers very well and knows what they need.

With this loan in place, Lillian will be able to offer her family a better life. She is still pursuing her dream of starting a grinding mill.

Lillian is very glad for all the support that VisionFund and Kiva have given her to be a better person.
