Leah
A loan of $1,200 helps to purchase fertilizer, pesticides, and seeds for her rice farm.

Leah's story
Leah resides in the province of Iloilo. She is 48 years old and has one dependent child. For the past 22 years, she and her husband have been operating a small family farm where they specialize in cultivating rice as their main source of income. This business sustains their household and covers their daily expenses.
To improve their farming business, Leah requested a Kiva loan of 70,000 PHP from CEVI-Philippines. The funds will be used to purchase fertilizer, pesticides, and seeds.
This loan will have a meaningful impact, as it will help Leah and her family achieve a more bountiful harvest and improve their quality of life.
