Helen's story
Helen lives in the Philippines with her family. Recently, Typhoon Tino hit their area and caused heavy damage to their home. Part of the house was destroyed, making it unsafe for them to stay in.
She is requesting a PHP 10,000 loan from NWTF to buy construction materials to repair and rebuild her house, making it strong and safe again, as well as to purchase food and essential supplies that were damaged or washed away by the typhoon.
Helen works hard for her family and hopes that this loan will help them return to a stable home. She is determined to rebuild their house and give her children a place where they can feel secure.
