Hiền's story
Hiền is 30 years old and lives with her family in Ham Rong Ward. She has two dependent daughters, aged 9 and 7, and both are attending primary school. Hiền has over seven years of experience in small-scale trading, and her husband works as a casual laborer with unstable income. Despite their hard work, her family still belongs to the low-income group in the local community.
Hiền is applying for her seventh loan from Thanh Hóa MFI to purchase household products, such as dish soap, floor cleaner, laundry detergent, soft drinks, and fresh milk. Previous loans have helped improve her family’s living conditions, but low sales remain a challenge.
In the future, Hiền hopes for good health and happiness for her family, to earn enough to support her children’s education, and to eventually build a new house.
