Sagrada Familia Group's story
The Sagrada Familia Group is in its 11th cycle through Fundación Paraguaya's loan program. It consists of hardworking, united, supportive women who work in the same type or different businesses, supporting each other mutually to increase their income and achieve greater independence.
One of the members is Miryan Petronila, president of the group, who sells homemade food. Despite her hearing disability Miryan demonstrates leadership and perseverance, organizing her business with the support of her adult children who help with the production and distribution work.
She will use the loan to buy ingredients for her food products, allowing her to expand her production capacity, improve the quality of her products and offer better customer service.
