Independencia Group's story
The "Independencia" group is made up of entrepreneurial, responsible women committed to improving the quality of life for their families. They live in low-income neighborhoods where living conditions are challenging.
This is the case of Brenda, a 29-year-old woman who lives with her partner and is the mother of two children. For the past four years, she has been selling perfumes to her family, friends, and neighbors in nearby communities. This activity allows her to generate income to help with family expenses.
With her loan, she will buy a variety of perfumes to sell.
Brenda aspires to grow her business to generate more income.
The rest of the group consists of Daniela, Carmen, Angélica, Ines, Fernanda, Wendy, Alison, Martha, and Lianey, women who, alongside their families, are striving to improve their lives.
