Wadit Antonio
A loan of $1,300 helps to buy essential supplies for producing tamales.

Wadit Antonio's story
Wadit, age 46, lives in Usulután along with his wife and his 20-year-old daughter. He doesn't have relatives abroad, and his nuclear family depends directly on him.
From an early age, Wadit learned the trade of selling tamales wholesale, thanks to his parents, who transmitted to him the necessary knowledge to get started in this sector.
He now operates his business in an independent manner, working in the production and distribution of tamales in large quantities. His daily work is marked by the seasonal demand, especially in the holiday seasons, which represent both an opportunity and a logistical challenge. In spite of the difficulties inherent in stocking the primary materials and managing the orders, Wadit has managed to establish a loyal clientele.
With the loan he has applied for, he plans to invest in the purchase of essential supplies to expand his production capacity. This investment will allow him to respond efficiently to the increase in demand, improve his income, and strengthen the economic stability of his family.
His principal aspiration is to make his business grow, reach new markets, and offer a quality product that represents the effort of his entire life.
