I started Whip It Goods Skincare out of love and necessity. When my daughter was a baby, she struggled with eczema, and I was frustrated by the so-called “gentle” products filled with harsh ingredients and the clean options that were priced out of reach. I began creating simple, plant-based formulations in my kitchen that soothed her skin and soon became a staple for friends and family.

After more than 20 years working in marketing for tech companies, I left corporate life in 2022 to pursue this passion full-time. What began as a small online business has now grown into a thriving retail and workshop experience in downtown St. Louis, where customers can have hands-on experience making their own skincare, and feel empowered to care for their skin naturally.

My motivation comes from seeing people connect—when someone makes their first product in one of our workshops or shares how our butters helped their dry skin, it reminds me why I started. I’m proud to be building a business that’s not only woman-owned and community-rooted but also creating economic opportunity and engaging experiences in the city. This next chapter—relocating and expanding our retail space—will allow us to grow that impact and continue spreading accessibility, experience, and joy through skincare.
