Fatima Esperanza has a business making and selling snacks, including empanadas. croquettes, finger snacks, and other snacks that her customers, who come to buy from her house, enjoy.  Also, on the weekends, she prepares delicious blood sausages, which is a traditional dish that is sought after and enjoyed by her customers, who come to try out the delicacies that she prepares with love.
