Esther's story
Esther is 64 years old and a widow with no minors. For the past fifteen years, she has been doing a crop and livestock farming business. Through her hard work, she earns an average monthly income of KES 25,000.
She has applied for her first loan with Vision Fund Kenya, requesting KES 55,000. She plans to invest this loan in purchasing a water tank to enable her to carry out irrigation. She anticipates increased profits that will enable her to comfortably repay her loan.
Her long-term dream is to continue growing her farming business so she can provide a stable, fulfilling life for her family and live life in its fullness.
