Hảo's story
Mrs. Hảo is 49 years old. She is married and has two adult children. She and her husband live in a rural area of Thanh Hoa province. Her husband works as a manual laborer with unstable income, while Mrs. Hao has been running a small grocery shop at home for more than three years. She earns a little over $200 per month from the store.
As the year-end season approaches, customer demand is increasing. Mrs. Hảo hopes to buy more goods to stock her shop, but she does not have enough capital. She is now applying for her fourth loan from Thanh Hoa MFI to purchase additional inventory in preparation for the busy months ahead.
She hopes this investment will help improve her income, allow her to expand the shop, and create a better life for her family.
