Bình's story
At 56, Mrs. Bình has already lived through more hardship than most. She lost her husband over a decade ago and has since carried the weight of family life on her own shoulders. Today, she shares a modest home in rural Thanh Hóa with her son’s family, doing everything she can to keep food on the table.
Her days begin before sunrise: tending to a few pigs and cows, growing vegetables, planting rice, and taking some manual jobs in the free time. The income is just enough to survive, never enough to grow.
