I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and find relief from chronic pain, dysfunction, and stress. My work has always centered around education—empowering clients and the community with knowledge about the benefits of massage and holistic wellness.

A personal experience in which my family and I were let down by the healthcare system opened my eyes to the lack of understanding around alternative care. Seeing how incomplete recovery can be when someone isn’t cared for as a whole inspired me to start Indulge Massage Therapy—a space focused on thoughtful, whole-body healing.

Over the years, that same passion led me to become an instructor and partner at Elite Massage School, where I’ve had the honor of teaching and mentoring future therapists and business owners. When an injury forced me to step away from the hands-on work that had always been at the heart of my career, it was an incredibly challenging time—personally and professionally. But it also became an opportunity to rediscover my purpose. I used that season to deepen my understanding of business, education, and mentorship, and it taught me that true resilience means being able to evolve, adapt, and continue lifting others up—even when the path changes.

Today, I remain committed to creating community within the wellness world—one built on collaboration, education, and compassion. I believe there’s no room for competition in healing, only connection and shared growth.
