Twenty years ago Norma managed to open her hotel in Tapachula de Córdova y Ordóñez. It was the result of years of work and her parent’s backing. They supported her in her first businesses until she got together the capital needed to start this project. Since then, she has faced the challenges typical for this sector, especially the demands of heading a business requiring constant time and attention. Despite these challenges, she’s managed to adapt and develop. 

One of her main successes has been to extend the number of hotel rooms in response to increased demand without reducing the quality of service. 

She is asking for this loan to buy furniture for the new rooms so she can offer more comfortable areas and continue expanding the hotel.
