Hiền

Mrs. Hiền is 55 years old, married, and the mother of two. Her older child is already grown, while the younger is currently attending university. The family lives in a mountainous area of Thanh Hoa province, where earning a stable income is challenging.

She and her husband run a small business selling construction materials such as roofing sheets, steel, and iron. However, customer demand in their area is still low, and the lack of capital makes it difficult for them to expand, so their income is only enough to cover daily needs. To supplement the family’s earnings, Mrs. Hiền also works as a domestic helper for households in the community.

She now hopes to purchase additional roofing sheets to increase her stock and better serve local customers. For this plan, she is applying for her fifth loan from Thanh Hoa MFI.

With more inventory, she hopes to grow their business, expand the shop, and improve her family’s income and stability.
