Enita Marianela's story
Enita Marianela, 52, is married and has five adult children. Her husband is a merchant and they live in the Honorato Vásquez parish in the canton of Santa Ana, an agricultural place par excellence with hardworking people dedicated to farm work and raising livestock.
She is a very hardworking woman who, along with her family, strives to earn an income to get ahead, and even though farm work is hard due to a lack of basic services, she tries to prosper with her loving family. They work in agriculture and have several hectares of lemon plantation. She hopes to plant more trees and care for the ones she has in an effort to increase and improve production. At harvest time they deliver produce to merchants that travel to other cities.
This loan will be used to plant new lemon trees and buy organic fertilizers and insecticides to improve production.
