Holly's story
I grew up in Singapore, where food is how we connect, celebrate, and share our multi cultural heritage. After moving to Portland, I co-founded Sibeiho to bring the vibrant, multicultural flavors of Singapore to American tables using local ingredients and sustainable practices.
I’m driven by the joy of introducing people to new flavors and stories through food and build connections in this process. Every food item we make celebrates community—linking local farmers, retailers, foodie consumers here in USA with the culinary heritage I grew up with. Seeing people light up when they taste our foods keeps me inspired every day.
