A loan of $1,900 helps to buy more seafood to resell.

Lệ's story
Mrs. Lệ, 47 years old, is a devoted wife and mother of three children. Her two older children are already grown, while her youngest daughter is still in school. The family lives in a small coastal area of Thanh Hóa province, where life depends heavily on the sea.
Like most men in the community, her husband works as a fisherman. To help support the family, Mrs. Lệ has spent many years selling seafood at the local market. She wakes up before dawn to collect fresh fish, shrimp, and squid to bring to her customers. Her small business provides a modest but essential income for the household. However, because their earnings change from day to day, it’s difficult for her to buy extra seafood to increase her stock. Mrs. Lệ hopes to expand her stall by purchasing more shrimp and fish so she can serve more customers and earn a steadier income. To do this, she is applying for her eighth loan from Thanh Hóa MFI.
This loan will allow her to grow her business, improve her family’s financial stability, and secure a better future for her youngest daughter. Looking ahead, Mrs. Lệ dreams of a healthier, happier life for her family and a thriving seafood business that can support them through the years to come.
