Vân's story
Mrs. Vân, 35 years old, lives with her husband and three young children in a coastal area of Thanh Hoa province. With a large family to care for and rising living expenses, their daily life remains challenging.
Her husband works as a factory worker, while Mrs. Vân has been selling seafood at the local market for more than three years. Together, they earn just over $500 per month, which is only enough to cover basic needs.
To improve her business, Mrs. Vân hopes to buy more seafood, such as shrimp, fish, and snails to resell at the market. Having a larger and fresher selection would help her attract more customers and increase her family’s income. However, she does not currently have the capital needed to expand her inventory.
She is applying for her third loan from Thanh Hoa MFI to purchase additional seafood for her business.
