Nancy is 56 years old. She lives with her spouse and children in the city of Atacames which is characterized by its touristic and commercial activities and its beaches. It is located in the coastal region of Ecuador.
Nancy has worked for four years in making food. Nancy began with this activity because she wanted to bring a higher income to her house and be independent. Nancy plans to use this business to be more financially stable and to be able to give her family the best life possible. Nancy believes that customer service is very important for entrepreneurs.
Nancy is applying for a loan of 2,500 dollars with which she will purchase kitchen utensils such as pots, plates, and restaurant tables to have stability in her business and, so, to be able to increases her income and get a better profit margin. Nancy is very enthusiastic about this loan and does not want to lose face with the institution which will offer her financial support.
