Diana is 32 years old. She lives with her family in the city of Tulcán, which is characterized by its livestock, agricultural, touristic and culinary sectors. It is located in northern Ecuador.
Five years ago, Diana opened a clothing store which she does through direct sales and online. Diana began this business because she wanted to bring a higher income to her house and be independent. Diana plans to use this business to be more financially stable and to be able to give her daughter the best life possible. Of course, Diana's girl is her greatest motivation. Diana believes that customer service is very important for entrepreneurs.
Diana is applying for a loan of 2,500 dollars with which to purchase materials such as clothing, shoes, beauty items, and personal accessories, all on a large scale, to have a better profit margin. Diana is very enthusiastic about this loan and does not want to lose face with the institution.
