Nathaly works offering services in metallurgy in the city of Ibarra as a multipurpose employee. Nathaly began this business because she wanted to bring in the highest income to her house and to be independent. Nathaly plans to use this business to become more financially stable and to give her family the best life possible. Nathaly believes that customer service is very important for entrepreneurs.

Nathaly is applying for a loan of $1,750 US with which she will buy goods like motorcycle spare parts for her business. Nathaly is very grateful for the help that KIVA brings, since the income that it brings is going to help her have a better quality of life.
