A loan of $2,000 helps to buy mulch and manure for her banana plantation and more goats for fattening.

Elizabeth's story
Elizabeth is a hardworking farmer from Kabaare Cell. She is married and a devoted mother of two school-going children. Through her dedication to farming, she is steadily improving her family’s livelihood.
Elizabeth grows matooke (banana) and fattens goats, two enterprises that have become the backbone of her household's income. These ventures are helping her build a more stable economic future. However, she faces ongoing challenges, particularly pests and diseases that threaten her crops and livestock. To strengthen her farm, she is seeking support in the amount of 7,000,000 UGX to purchase mulch and manure for her banana plantation and acquire more goats for fattening, which will boost both her productivity and income. Elizabeth is truly grateful to the funders whose support is empowering rural farmers, like her, to overcome challenges and thrive.
Thank you, funders!
