A loan of $4,650 helps a member to buy rice, vegetable oil, and other grocery items for her restaurant business.

Ndiamalathiel Group's story
This group of women is part of the 'banc villageois' set up in April 2014. The women live in the same village and have good ties among them. And they operate small-scale businesses to have some autonomy.
Ms. Thiane, aged 56, is the married mother of six children. Her hand raised in the photo, she is the group’s representative. With her new loan, she intends to buy rice, vegetable oil, bouillon, and other grocery items for her restaurant.
Once the profits are realized, she is going to help out her husband to take care of the children's food and school fees.
In this group: Marieme Amath, Maram, Thiane, Fatou., Dieyla, Gnima, Coumba, Kady, Assia
