Josefa's story

Josefa is 47 years old, single, and the mother of three children who she lives with alongside her mother and aunt in El Progreso, Yoro. Previously, she made a living in agriculture, but two years ago she started her own business selling merchandise and clothing, which she does door-to-door in different areas of the municipality. 

She is requesting a loan in the amount of 35,000 Lempiras, which she will invest in the purchase of pants, shirts, shorts, and blouses in order to offer better variety of products to her customers. With this investment, she is looking to improve her business and her income, with the goal of providing a better quality of life to her family, helping her children get ahead, and expanding her business.
