Alice's story
Meet 24-year-old Alice from Liberia! She has three children, and two of them are schooling.
Alice runs a food market selling drinks and has been managing her sales for several years. She learned how to sell from her mother. She sells Monday through Saturday and uses a car to transport support supplies to her business site. She has no problem with her sales and likes her business because it allows her to send her children to school.
To continue her business, Alice requested a loan through BRAC Liberia, a Kiva Lending Partner, to buy more drinks to sell in order to meet customer demand. She is highly grateful for the financial support BRAC and Kiva have rendered!
