Meet Mary, 56 years old. She is married and has 4 children; two of whom are still schooling and live at home.
Mary is a hardworking businesswoman who sells dried goods. For 15 years, she has been operating her sales.
She started the business with her own savings. She sells Monday through Saturday and has no problem with her sales.
She uses a car to transport supplies to her business site and sells Monday through Saturday.
To increase in business, Mary applied for a loan through BRAC Liberia, a Kiva lending partner. This loan will help her to buy more dried goods to sell to her good clients.
