Baktygul

Baktygul is 62 years old, married and lives with her husband and two children. By character, she is very positive, active and good. She works as a college librarian. Baktygul also works with agriculture, breeding livestock and sowing organic apricots.

Baktygul's house provides only basic comfort. Her windows are old and she needs to change them. However, she does not have money to install plastic windows, so she applied for a loan. The windows will keep the house warm, which allows for significant savings on heating costs. For the remaining part of the loan, she will do different improvements to the house, in order to make it more energy efficient during long winters.
