Vladimir's story
This smiling man's name is Vladimir. He is 64 years old, a widower, and the father of 2 sons. Vladimir's sons actively help their father with housework. Vladimir has secondary education. He has been working as a tractor driver for many years.
He has been involved in agriculture since 1980; today he has 5 cows and 20 sheep on his farm, as well as 3.43 hectares of irrigated land on which he grows clover.
In order to develop his farm, Vladimir is asking for support from Kiva in the amount of 200,000 KGS to purchase seeds and fertilizers for spring field work. He wants to grow organic vegetables and have a good harvest and good income at the end of the season.
This will certainly help improve their farm productivity and thereby their income. Vladimir hopes to achieve the desired result, since he is supporting his son at the university and he needs a good income.
