For the past 3 years, Francisca has operated her food retail business, specializing in meat. Francisca will use the loan to buy more meat to supply to her customers. She would like to provide her children with an education so that they can have a better future.

Francisca is currently the leader of the group named "Obaa Pa," which means “good woman” in Twi, the most commonly spoken language in Ghana. There are 10 members in this group. The other group members are also involved in the retail business, selling items such as yams, meat, and second-hand clothes. They plan to use the loan to buy various items to grow their business inventories and better support their families and their kids education.
