Yacouba's Group's story

Yacouba, wearing the yellow tee shirt around his neck, is a member of a group of five farmers who live and work in the village of Kandia, in the southwest part of the rural Dialakoroba municipality in Mali. Yacouba is 45 years old and lives in a family of 20 people, 10 of whom are children between the ages of 2 and 20. Yacouba became a farmer following family tradition. He is in his fourth year with myAgro. This year, he is farming a half hector plot of corn with myAgro. With the income earned from this harvest, Yacouba hopes to increase his farming equipment.
