Fagueye's Group's story

This group, created in May 2013, is made up of women from the same neighborhood who are united by social and professional relationships.

Mrs. Fagueye is the head of the group. She is a 40-year-old divorced mother of two men. She sells diverse food products. With this new loan, she will buy sacks of rice, cartons of milk, and packs of soap, which she will sell at the city’s central market. She has good experience in the domain, which she has been in for nearly 10 years. She is standing to the left in the photo dressed in a large, yellow boubou.

The profits she will earn will allow her to pay for a sewing machine for her tailor son, build some savings, and to redecorate her house.
