Partner Description:

Borvor Finance is a rural credit institution established in 1998, mainly operating in the Battambang and Banteay Meanchey provinces of Cambodia. Borvor provides affordable financial services to low-income families, especially women and smallholder farmers in rural Cambodia, to increase their income and improve their standard of living.

In addition to offering credit, Borvor provides complimentary financial literacy training and credit life insurance. Through this comprehensive approach, the organization contributes to poverty alleviation and stimulates local economic development.

Borvor utilizes Kiva funding to offer affordable loan products primarily to female entrepreneurs and farmers in rural Cambodia. These loans facilitate income generation and stimulate local economic development.
