We regret to share that Tivwane has not followed through on any of the repayment plans discussed to date. Throughout our conversations, the company cited several challenges, including a severe drought in Zambia that disrupted operations and the loss of expected funding from USAID due to changes in U.S. policy. While we engaged in good faith to explore repayment options, Tivwane did not commit to any plan and consistently offered shifting explanations for delays. Unfortunately, they have now gone silent, and our recent attempts to reconnect have gone unanswered. We will continue to monitor the situation, but recovery prospects remain uncertain at this time.
